Quick question - I assume the class decks will become available in the UK through sites like Amazon and Book Depository? Just that I note that these sites are listing Skull & Shackles stuff for pre-order etc but no mention at all of the class decks.
The shipping costs are pretty heavy for us in the UK if we order via Paizo :(
I guess the class decks have only just been announced so maybe I'm just fretting unnecessarily! (But Pathfinder goodies do have that effect on me! NEED TO ORDER THEM NOW!)

Vic's comments above about it being available via normal distribution means that it is available the same way as other PACG products. Paizo sells it to distributors, who sell it to retailers, who sell it to customers. So any retailer (including Amazon and Book Depository) should be able to order it from their distributor. Whether they will or not is up to them.
And, even if they are going to, they might not have had it out for solicitation until recently, so retailers won't have info on it yet to put it out for preorder. Which is what you mentioned.

I hope someone can help me as a subscriber

I have added the 7 class decks to my shopping cart and then selected 'Save for later'.
Will this be shipped along with my subscription?
Additionally is the 'Skull and Shackles character add on' part of the subscription?

The character add-on is part of the subscription. If you take a look at your upcoming subscriptions, you should see it listed with the main set.
I think "save for later" is like most sites, something to remember stuff you want to buy, for when you want to buy it. If you complete the order (or go to the completion step), you'll see the class decks are in your "side cart," which means they'll ship with the appropriate subscription. But you'll actually have to complete the order! :D
The "side cart" was something I had to familiarize myself with too a couple days ago, when I put the decks on my list too. I'd seen people talk about it on the forum, but I had no concept of what it was.

If you've successfully placed the pre-order for the Class Decks, you should be able to go to My Account and see them in your Order History, which is in the top right corner. They should be listed as Pending, Pre-Order.
If you tried submitting the order and aren't able to do so, leave them in your cart and contact customer service to ask them to submit it for you.
