Is there a feat like Spring Attack for touch spells?

Advice

Someone casting a touch spell can move to a target and touch them in the same round, but then they are stuck at melee range. By the way that spring attack is worded, it doesn't appear that it would apply to a touch spell. Is there a feat that would work like spring attack and allow a caster to get back out of melee range after attacking someone with a touch spell?

You could use spring attack, but you would need to cast the spell, hold the charge, and then use spring attack to make the attack the following round.

It's much easier to just use reach spell or Spectral Hand.

If you can get wands easily, there's wand dancer.

Flyby Attack would let you *do* it, but you'd still provoke for the movement and the casting of the spell.

The Valet familiar archetype eventually gets the ability to do so as well, but again won't stop attacks of opportunity.

Yes, there is such a feat. It's called - wait for it - Spring Attack. As Imbicatus said, all you need to do is hold the charge of the touch spell. Granted, it takes 2 rounds... You're indeed better off wasting one round casting Spectral Hand than multiple rounds of casting and holding charges. Not only will you save one action economy, you'll even get more range on Spectral Hand than you would get from your Spring Attack movement. Ooh, and IIRC, a juicy +2 to the attack roll...
