The one thing every PFS player loves is to finally be able to use a boon you got X months or years ago at just the right time. Sure +1 to diplomacy with Qadiran Gnomes living in Absalom might be a rare, but it counts when it happens!
This season though we have some very specific boons, that most likely will only come into effect a couple of times: the "Accumulating an Army" boons from several Season 5 scenarios.
Perhaps I missed them applying in an earlier scenario, but for the end of the season I'd really like to know if I should be using a specific character for this - only get one shot to play these. I'm fairly certain one or more of these will involve the boon, and I'm hoping someone in the know can advise which:
#5–24: Assault on the Wound (3-7)
#5–25: Vengeance at Sundered Crag (7-11)
Season 6 Gen Con Special
The last thing I want is spoilers, but I don't want to say, plan a PaizoCon table for one character, then find out at the start (or halfway through) that the one with the boons should have been played.

If you have not listened to Know Direction's podcast with John Compton last night, you should. It answers your question very nicely.

So about those Impressive Influences. Maybe a a scenario next season?
I gots a Taldan character who has become quite the regular at festivitis involving members of the Blaros family and the elite of Absalom. She has an itch to retire somewhere far north, but not before seeing some closure.
The Taldan boons were mentioned in the podcast. I believe they are also related directly to 5-24.

At least one of them was on a 5-9.

Seems to me that its for some sort of army.
Yes, but it's not technically an Accumulating an Army boon. It might end up being used in exactly the same manner (and I believe it's going to be used in the same scenario), but it doesn't bear the name 'Accumulating an Army' that the others do.

I believe you've misunderstood me. While the Hellknight's Feast boon might have been a Taldor faction specific, the Blakros Matrimony one was a partywide boon. I'm wondering if these will amount to anything in the future.

Accumulating an Army (Elven Uprooters)
Accumulating an Army (Mammoth Riders)
Accumulating an Army (Riftwardens)
Writings of Rachikan
Driven by Glory
Allies from Andoran
Bound for Brevoy
Horn of Aroden
There are also some other boons that might play into some of the other PaizoCon scenarios (and more distant adventures), so don't give up hope on other story-related boons from past scenarios.

John Compton stated on Know Direction that they are for 5-24 and that ALL your collective Army boons (you need to bring them) will be used by you at that scenario, representing the collective efforts of your agents' contributions.
YES!
Who is running this several times at Paizocon? This guy!
lets loose a Ric Flair sized Woooooooo! upon the world
I just hope I get to use mass combat rules...

I'm a little concerned by one detail of this: the fact that boons earned by another character can be put into play here.
Not that I'm complaining about the mechanics; it's just that I'm not aware of other scenarios where this is the case. I, too, am GMing this at PaizoCon. I anticipate there being players at the table who, like me, will have only packed full character details (including, specifically, chronicles) for characters they intend to play at the Con. Being told "sorry, you should have brought chronicles from a different character to the table as well" could engender some complaints, especially since you only get one chance to play the scenario, and you've just blown it.
This is not something that should be sprung on players at the last minute. At the very least they should be asked to bring a list of all the (season 5?) scenarios that they have played
Come to think of it, I'm playing this at the con as well (thanks, Jon!). I guess I'm spending some time before then scanning in chronicles so I'll at least have an electronic copy with me; I hope my GM will accept that :-)

They do exist, but unlike these, they specifically mention that other characters can take advantage of the boon, and mention keeping a copy available as proof.

I don't know, John. Will these scans have your Paizo account watermark? :)

I think you'll be ok.

Do you get an Army twice if you have 2 chronicle sheets on 2 different characters one for GMing and one for playing?
As it stands there are 8 different boons but 3 of them I have twice.
It took me about 30 minutes to go through all 13 of my characters and figuring out who had what, I see this as a big issue when people sit down at a table there could be long delays before the game starts as players shuffle through there characters.

That's the idea, yes.
