As the title says. I am making a sorcerer for an upcoming campaign but am not sure which bloodline to choose. The reason being that my two favored bloodlines won't work for certain reasons, here. My absolute favorite bloodline is the undead bloodline. However, the DM has banned the use of undead creation in the game, so the fact it gets -Animate Dead- as a bonus spell would likely make it an impossible pick. Even if I build the character as an enchanter who never animated a single corpse, the fact I have Animate Dead among my spells known likely will make the bloodline an impossible sell, so it's out. Secondly, the game will have a fair bit of undead. It's not totally undead-centric, mind you, but it has enough undead present where my beloved Kitsune Fey Sorcerer would not be a wise idea to run....so my other favored bloodline is out.
This, however, has allowed me to look at some really nifty bloodlines I'd normally not consider, and I have found SO MANY interesting ones that I am having an issue picking one...Also...archtypes are banned for all full spellcasters, just so you know....so I can't be crossblooded or take any of the wildblooded versions of the bloodlines. Anyway, the party is mixed alignment. I am going to be the token evil teamate, here, and thus I have been considering some of the more thematically "evil" bloodlines...I am open to alternative bloodline ideas, but as of now, here is what I am considering..
Daemon Bloodline: This bloodline is just dripping with cool, flavorful and downright powerful abilities. It has such an awesome evil feeling and the bonus spells make it a great debuffer bloodline. The waisting ray is an AMAZING power, as is age-out. The bonus feats are bleh, but the absurdly good bloodline powers(wasting ray, age-out) and solid bonus spell list more then make up for it....and bonus evil flavor! Would make an EXCELLENT debuffer, with possibly some control thrown in as well?
Pestilence Bloodline: A strange animal indeed....you become the master of swarms! The dungeon in the campaign is massive, and the party has only reached the 2nd floor(they are to meet my character on the 3rd floor.)...and while there has yet to be any swarms, there has been vermin....and swarms may likely show up since they are a common way to screw over the unprepared. Being the one prepared for them may prove useful. Also, the bloodline has great evil-ish fluff and a solid list of spells for battlefield control and debuffing(swarms are excellent control tools). Could be a fun choice and would make a strong controller that minors in debuffing through disease..
Oni Bloodline: This one looked fun for it's "eastern" fluff and has a VERY strong bonus spell list while still having good bloodline powers. Bonus spells are "generic sorcerer" enough that I could build this several ways, though I'd likely lean towards control with some debuffing thrown in from the bonus spells and such. Either way the fluff on this one looks quite fun and the bonus spells are downright amazing. Bonus points for EVVVIILLL-ness too.
Imperious Bloodline: This one isn't as openly -evil- as the other three mentioned but it is absolutely oozing with flavor and also plays nice with the fact we have a Kobald Bard in the party! We have a fair bit of melee, so all the buffs I get are amazing for them, and I do like the fluff of this one a lot because I get to be a cocky, pompous *******. This may be TOO redundant with the bard around, however, and since I'm the party's primary arcane caster it may be better to go with something more "casty" then "buff-y" but this just seems like a lot of fun despite..
Kobald Bloodline: We have a Kobald bard in the party...and they made a joke about making their character's "long lost son" and that planted this idea in my head. Human or Half-Elf would be a far better race in terms of crunch here, but the interplay with the Kobald bard has made me at least consider this. Also the fact the Kobald bard happens to disarm traps by triggering them more often then then not(while her character sheet says she has 14 wis, she's played like she has 8-7.) having a second disabler in the party may prove useful. Also...some of the bloodline powers are really nifty and there is a few good spells among the bonus spell list. I have to be a Kobald....but then again..I have to be a Kobald. =) So I am considering this one as well.
Arcane Bloodline: Since I'm the party's primary arcane caster, I actually considered taking this. Mechanically, this is probably the best bloodline out of all the ones listed here. With the human favored class bonus or Paragon Surge on a half elf, I'm practically a wizard! However, while this bloodline is likely the strongest mechanical choice I find it lacking in flavor big time. However, I am still considering it since I'm going to be the party's primary arcane caster...
Anyway...yeah. Just so you know, the game in question is actually a test run for a massive dungon the DM has slaved over for quite some time. We as a party are his "crash test dummies" and he has likened the dungeon to the infamous tomb of horrors. We have already had at least one "teleport to 1st floor with all your gear gone" scenario happen. At the same time, however, he also wants the dungeon to be acssessable to non optimizers...so it isn't quite to the same level as tomb of horrors...but it has echos.
Instead of leveling up in-game as normal we'll be doing the dungeon at several different levels. The first time we run it, our characters are level 4 and stay level 4 the whole way through. The second time, we run it at a higher level and stay that level the whole way, but more floors will be open to us due to our higher levels and the earlier floors will be more challenging. We will do this several times, each time auto-leveling our characters up for the next run, with the final run having a starting level of 20. The DM said that the optimal party for this dungeon will have a "fighter/melee character, Rogue/Skillmonkey, Cleric/Divine Fullcaster and Wizard/Arcane Fullcaster among it's members. Thus far, the party has a Cavilear(Fighter/Melee), Bard(Rogue/Skillmonkey), Cleric(Cleric/Divinefullcaster), Inquisitor(DMPC brought to keep the bard in line....her antics have apparently gotten the entire party almost killed...several times.). I have been brought to fill the role of wizard/arcane fullcaster...because the DM knows(and also greatly fears) my familiarity with the role(In fact, his entire reason for banning undead creation was because he knows what I am capable with in terms of undead use.)
ANYWAY....so what bloodline do you suggest I go with? Out of the ones mentioned, which one would be best? If none of the ones mentioned would work, which ones would? Any thoughts/opinions on this would be much appreciated! :3

I doubt it is anywhere near the strongest choice, but...
If someone else is already a kobold, I would almost certainly pick kobold with the kobold bloodline.
Or possibly a race that is traditional enemy of kobolds. Say a halfling with the pestilence bloodline who is always trying to 'accidentally' catch the kobold in a disease trap.
Other than that, I think you could make a very powerful Div-Spawn with the Daemon bloodline.

I actually like the Orc bloodline. It's simple and leans toward booming builds.
It's no admixture evoker wizard, but it's straightforward over the usual god or conjurer types.
With Orc:
Darkvision if you play a race that doesn't have darkvision is nice.
+1/die all damage regardless of elemental source (so works with magic missile and such).
The martials in your party may appreciate the rage power.
Your GM probably won't find it OP since it is very middle of the road in terms of power.

I'm currently playing an Imperious with a Bard and a Cleric in the group, Heroic Echo is excellent and the addition bonus you get from morale spells really helps on saves, etc.
Regarding Spell choice blaster is good (Improved Initiative and Lingering Spell are bloodline feats) with bloodline spells as buffs.
