So I've just opened my box of Sins of the Saviours and noticed something odd. The new cards are a different colour to the old ones. To be precise they are of a lighter saturation (hue is the same, but the new cards appear 'faded' against the old ones making it really easy to spot the difference).
Before I opened the box I noticed it was the new printing (all my others are first printing) so I was expecting the cards to be slightly shorter (I think Vic said 0.5mm?- it's barely noticeable) but I hadn't heard anything about a colour difference.
I'll see if I can upload a picture.
Have I got a dodgy batch? Has anyone else experienced this?

Others have said the same thing. The noticeable difference is partially due to the variation in color and saturation with in the first printing. A new printer was chosen, in part, so that the color of cards could be more consistent. So all second printings should be more consistent with other second printings, but depending on the saturation of your first printing cards, might be very noticeably different from them.
See this thread, which starts as a discussion about saturation difference within the first printing and later discusses the difference with the second printing.

A few days late to reply to this, though might as well as start a new thread.
As others noticed the color differance, though some cards did also have minor scratches and others issues with the card name text(Mainly the Long Swords, where some of em got to much ink)
Another minor concern of mine is some of the cards don't fit as well as others in the sleaves(blank sleaves, might have mixed some together, they fit well but some of the cards get a slight bend... )
Unfortunate the extra adventure decks don't fit in the box when the cards are in sleaves.
Anyway good and entertaining game.
