Can a Warpriest (from ACG playtest document) take the Feat: Power Attack at 1st level?
This was brought up in another thread and between all the Yes & No it has left me confused on the official ruling on this.
What is known -
Warpriest is a 2/3 BAB class. Except with his Sacred/Favored Weapon, the Warpriest counts his Warpriest levels as the BAB (special rule).
Warpriests also get Feat: Weapon Focus in their Sacred Weapon at 1st level as a class perk.
Feat: Power Attack has requirements of a STR 13+ and a +1 BAB.
the arguments all seem to boil down to -
1) The Warpriest does not start at a +1 BAB at 1st level so can not take Power Attack.
2) The Warpriest does have a +1 BAB with their Sacred Weapon class ability so they can take Power Attack, for that weapon only, at 1st level.
I'm in the #2 camp but there's enough confusion I'd like a answer to this.

I'm in camp 1. When a monk uses flurry of blows, his BAB is equal to his monk level. When using power attack, he uses his modified FoB BAB for the effects, but he cannot qualify for the feat using this modified BAB. I would think the Warpriest works the same with their sacred weapon. That said, I'll FAQ it for full clarification.
