Are Slams Considered Weapons?

When a creature has a slam attack, is it considered a weapon? I'm curious if the spells Magic Weapon, Greater Magic Weapon or feats like Arcane Strike would work on a creatures slam attacks since these call out "weapons" as their targets.

Slams are natural attacks, so the spell you want is Magic Fang (or Greater Magic Fang).

Magic Weapon specifically says 'You can't cast this spell on a natural weapon'. I think Arcane Strike would work for natural weapons though.
