Have not received my subscription order

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Order 3113988 was shipped on May 14th.

UPS's tracking stops on 5/19 and there's no tracking available for USPS. I have no way of telling where the order is, but I have not received it yet.

How can I go about getting this resolved?

I'm sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived yet!

It looks like it's probably just slightly delayed in making it's way to you. The transit time estimate of 4 to 8 business days should have had it arriving by yesterday, but if may have been delayed slightly more than normal because of holiday backlog or something. That's my guess anyway. Who knows that the post office goblins may have been up to on their day off?

I'd like to allow this a couple of more days to show up. If it hasn't arrived by the end of the day on Friday, May 30th, please let us know, and I'll see what we can do to get you taken care of.
