I'm playing a warpriest in Wrath of the Righteous, and we've just earned our first Mythic level. If I choose:
Mythic Weapon Training (Ex): Select one group of weapons from the list of fighter weapon groups. You gain proficiency with all weapons in this group. If you possess a feat such as Weapon Focus that requires you to choose a kind of weapon, you can instead apply the effects of that feat to all weapons from that weapon group.
And I have Weapon Focus: Scimitar as my Sacred Weapon:
Sacred Weapon (Su): Weapons wielded by a warpriest are charged with the power of his faith. In addition to the favored weapon of his deity, the warpriest can designate a weapon as a sacred weapon by selecting that weapon with the Weapon Focus feat (if he has multiple Weapon Focus feats, this ability applies to all of them). Whenever the warpriest is wielding a sacred weapon, he treats his warpriest level as his base attack bonus for attacks made with that weapon, stacking with any base attack bonus from other classes or racial Hit Dice.
Would I then be able to treat all weapons in the same group as the scimitar basically as a sacred weapon because the mythic weapon training says I can apply the effects of the weapon focus to all weapons in the group?
Honestly thinking across books like that makes my brain hurt, but I'm thinking I'm going to need any advantage I can get in this AP.
That's certainly the way I read it.
That's how it works in the revised playtest version of the warpriest but it might change in the acg comes out.
In your place i would get a legendary item weapon. And at third tier get this
Unstoppable Strike: This weapon bypasses all armor. The wielder can expend one use of legendary power when attacking to make the attack against touch AC. If she instead expends two uses of legendary power, the weapon also bypasses any deflection bonus to AC the target has.
An item must be a weapon and be a minor or major artifact to have this ability.
Let the whooping begin lol.
