That's not how Haste works.

But Potion Glutton, from Inner Sea Gods, lets you drink a potion as a swift action without provoking an AoO.

That has been changed to a Move Action for Pathfinder Society, but it will still work that way for general use. It's a "Campaign Clarification."

If it doesn't show up on the FAQs, that means the rule wasn't universally changed. It was changed for Pathfinder Soceity only. I did read it a few months ago in a section called Campaign Clarifications.
