Comic subscription

I never got an email stating that my comic subscription was getting ready to send out, or an email saying it was sent out.

From what I am reading in the May subscription thread I should of.

It looks like, based on your subscription settings to "Hold for monthly Paizo shipment" and the fact that we've already generated the "normal" May subscriptions orders, these got generated to your sidecart to ship with your June subscriptions.

If you would like them moved out to a separate order to ship sooner, just let me know.

Actually that is fine, But I don't want Pathfinder Battles—Reign of Winter to wait for June Shipment.

What I would like is for my Comics to always wait but not the Miniatures and to use a different payment method for the Miniatures, but there no way to set that up in your system.

I have left the comics in your sidecart to ship with June.

The Pathfinder Battles order is now a separate shipment. We should be able to set it up to use a different payment, but that's something that Customer Service will have to do manually. If you other payment method is saved in the system, just shoot us an email with the last 4 digits of the card you want to use, and we can set it up for you.

If the card is not save in the system yet, it would probably be easiest for you to call when the phone lines are open (Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Reminder: this coming Monday is a holiday).

Either way, we can get this taken care of. :)
