So I've got a female player who wants to be a crow themed Druid and now she's at 6th level she asked me if you can wild shape into a dire crow. I have no idea about this. Does Pathfinder even HAVE STATS for a Dire Crow? The player is also asking me about wild shaping into swarms (aka a swarm of crows or some sort of thing). Is that even possible. Please help as I'm puzzled and perplexed at this perilous plight of a predicament!

Personally, I would stay away from Swarms - not being damaged by weapons could be very unbalancing at low/mid levels. However, if you like the swarm feats that tQR has found - and think they won't disrupt your game - them no reason why you shouldn't use them.
As for a Dire Crow - sure why not. The Wild Shape ability limits the character to Beast Shape II at that level. I am not sure what abilities you are giving her for a crow - but - a normal crow would be a standard tiny sized bird - with minimal attacks and stealing movement rates etc from the write up for The Murder of Crows.
Personally, I would class a dire crow as size Small with appropriate AC adjustments and give it a d4 piercing attack with its beak. //If// she is bright enough to work it out on her own - perhaps let her have a claw attack against eyes - but at a big negative because it it a called / precise attack ...

Sounds like she wants to play this archetype that is reflavored from Eagle to Crow. Also, this FAQ is relevant in that it allows her additional wild shape options.
As JohnB said, I'd stay away from swarms. As a GM, if you're not really sure of something, the best answer is usually not to allow it, mechanically, but rather suggest to the player to reflavor it how they want but that it's going to work mechanically exactly like it should. Just explain that you're unsure of all the implications of the mechanical changes, but you want to help the player enjoy her character - this should satisfy both sides.
