So I'm thinking the next character idea is a ninja, and the catfolk seemed pretty cool for them. I'm mostly confused about the Cat's Claw natural attacks and how they might interact with the claw blade equipment.
1. I was told that natural attacks can never exceed the amount of limbs you had in a round (so with 2 limbs, the most I could full attack with ever is 2 attacks, even with haste)?
2. With the claw blade equipment, since that changes the claws into light weapons, does that mean they benefit from TWF?
3. How would that work if you only had one clawblade for 1 hand and the other just a regular claw?
4. Since the claw blade stats are "your claw attacks with a +1 bonus" do they still get the natural attack feat bonuses I may have gotten by that point?
5. If I do something like, magic fang to my claw attacks, and then put on claw blades, do they alter the magic fang buffed claws?
6. Can the claw blades be enhanced/enchanted like most equipment (IE to a +5 or whatever magical enchantment)?
I'd like to make a fun build using these, just want to make sure I know how it'll work though. Any help is appreciated

My understanding:
1. Haste should give you a bonus attack beyond the normal limitation.
2. Yes, with the penalties as well
3. Claw blade would be a light weapon attack and claw would be a secondary natural attack made at the normal -5 penalty.
4. No idea, we have played assuming feats the specifically effect claws also effect claw blades because they fit over your existing claws.
5. Magic fang would only buff the claws uncovered.
6. They are weapons so yes.

1. The number of natural attacks you have is not based on the number of limbs you have. The person who told you this may have been giving you a simplistic answer.
You normally have as many natural attacks per round as you have natural attacks. While this may seem like circular reasoning it is not. For example, if you have a bite and 2 claws then you have three natural attacks.
Special things like haste can increase the number of attacks you have.
In the above example if you had haste you would have a bite and 2 claws plus your choice of another bite or another claw attack.
What you do not get is extra attacks due to a higher Base Attack Bonus. For example, if you have a Base Attack bonus of 16 (16/11/6/1) and you have a bite and 2 claw attacks you do not have four attacks. You still have only three attacks.
2. Claw blades turn your natural weapons into manufactured weapons. This benefits from things like Two-Weapon Fighting and a higher Base Attack Bonus.
However, you can no longer make 2 claw attacks at your full base attack bonus since they are not natural weapons anymore.
3. Your clawblade is a manufactured weapon and uses iterative attacks. Your natural weapons become secondary natural weapons and take a -5 attack penalty (-2 if you have multiattack).
You can make attacks with natural weapons in combination with attacks made with a melee weapon and unarmed strikes, so long as a different limb is used for each attack. For example, you cannot make a claw attack and also use that hand to make attacks with a longsword. When you make additional attacks in this way, all of your natural attacks are treated as secondary natural attacks, using your base attack bonus minus 5 and adding only 1/2 of your Strength modifier on damage rolls. Feats such as Two-Weapon Fighting and Multiattack (see the Pathfinder RPG Bestiary) can reduce these penalties.
So in the above example of a bite and 2 claw attacks if you decided to carry a longsword (one handed weapon) and you have a BAB of 16 then the attack sequence would be:
Longsword +16/+11/+6/+1 AND Bite +11 AND (1) Claw +11.
4. No, they are no longer natural weapon <claws>. They are now light weapon <claw blades>. Feats that apply to <claws> do not apply to <claw blades>. However, it might be reasonable to house rule this so you should check with your GM.
5. Magic Fang does not apply to manufactured weapons. You lose the benefit when you put on claw blades.
6. Yes, they are weapons.
In short, the moment you put on claw blades you are using weapons. Treat them as entirely different weapons unless your GM chooses to house-rule it otherwise.

3: You would make your normal number of attacks with the claw blade (bonus attacks for high BAB, haste etc) and a single claw attack in addition to that at -5 and getting only half you strength bonus to damage.
This is, in many cases, the best option as I see it. Sadly there remain some questions unanswered like your question 4 or the question whether the claw blade still counts as a claw attack for claw pounce.
When using two claw blades with TWF you would get the same number of attacks as with one claw blade and one claw but it costs a feat and you get -2 to all attacks instead of -0/-5.

Let's say I got the Catfolk feat "Catfolk Exemplar" increasing my claw damage to 1d6, then Improved Natural Attack to 1d8, would that RAI make all my claw blade attacks 1d8 + whatever or no?
I could be wrong, but I believe the only impact Claw Blades have is to change the weapons from natural to manufactured. I do not believe they have a damage component (like gauntlets for instance). So you should use your Claws natural weapon damage (unlike a Monk using a gauntlet for instance).
