Alcohol Consumption and its effects on the Drunken Master Archetype

Rules Questions

There is some open-end verbage in the rules for alcohol consumption-

"Drunkenness
Just like drugs, alcohol can be abused and have significant negative effects. In general, a character can consume a number of alcoholic beverages equal to 1 plus double his Constitution modifier. Drinks consumed in excess of this total cause the character to become sickened for 1 hour per drink above this maximum. Particularly exotic or strong forms of alcohol might be treated as normal drugs. Those who regularly abuse alcohol might eventually develop a moderate addiction."

Question 1- is the 1+ (Con Mod *2) per hour or per day?

Question 2- is sake considered a "strong or exotic" form of alcohol?

Question 3- at what point does a Drunken Master start to cross the line into addiction rules (alcoholism)?

Dark Archive

The problem is that those rules are not actually in any of the core assumption documents, they exist in the GMG and are not called out as legal or applicable for any PFS character, which causes a technicality in that drunken masters can drink an infinite number of drinks without suffering any negative effects (thus having an effectively unlimited Ki Pool).

The Majority of GM's do not own the GMG so the issue is getting those rules into a document (such as the additional resources/FAQ for PFS) so that they would apply at such a time you could get the answers to your 3 questions, until then they are not actually able to be answered as those rules do not apply to PFS characters
