How do you guys run a Succubus' Energy Drain? Should it just be realized after the first, with a failed Will save on the Suggestion effect making it unable to be told to the rest of the party?

How do you guys run a Succubus' Energy Drain? Should it just be realized after the first, with a failed Will save on the Suggestion effect making it unable to be told to the rest of the party?
Personally, I'd just tell the player they felt weaker, and let them make some sort of skill check to figure out why (Knowledge-Planes would give them the full picture, Spellcraft, Knowledge-Religion, or Knowledge-Arcana might give them 'you've been Energy Drained', but wouldn't give anything else).
That said, I believe by the RAW, you know as soon as it happens.
