We are starting a lv 7 campaign and we are 9 players: a monk, a magus, a cleric, a wizard( conjuration), a sorcer( arcane), a fighetr, a paladin and a ranger archer.
They are all focussed on combat, so i'm thinking to go for a skillmonkey/face.
I'm thinking of a bard, playin in comat with a one handed-blade, for falnkig and adding other buff with my power. Do you have any suggest? We play with 25 points system.
I'm thinkig of a words of power's bard.
Maybe also a Ninja or a rogue can be a good detective.

Bard is a lot of fun. Judging by you group's setup, I'd go with a ranged bard since melee seems covered? Although the archaeologist archetype from UC is even more fun (you trade bardic performance for lock bonuses for yourself), with a group as large as this I'd say bard performance might come in handy.

The more allies you have, the better choice a bard becomes. Stick with a bard that retains Inspire Courage though; there's nothing you can do to buff yourself that will help as much as buffing all those allies.
With a party that big, I'd even suggest building toward Battle Herald.

I have another question about the investigator. In this post( http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2qftm?Revised-Investigator-Discussion )Jason Bulmahn says :
- Studied Combat: the insight bonus to attack rolls against the target of your studied strike lasts for a number of rounds equal to the investigator's Intelligence modifier, or until he chooses to make a studied strike, whichever happens first.
But in the free file is always 1/2 int .
So what is the legal way?
