Payment declined but charged twice for PDFs

I attempted to make the charge and after it declined knowing that it must be in error I attempted again. I can see that the funds were deducted from my banking account twice. From what I have read on others threads this is probably an issue with the address not matching up (we were just in the bank Friday requesting it to be updated.) Can you reverse these two charges please please?

Your guess is correct, and the issue is with an address mismatch. Check and make sure that the address you have on your paizo.com account matches the address for your card exactly (including capitalization, abbreviations, etc).

I have reversed the two previously failed authorizations. How long that will take to clear from your account will depend on your bank. It could be as soon as within 24 hour or up to 5 days or so. If it takes long than 5 days, you may want to contact your bank to speed up the process.
