Hi there,
I'm stuck in a loop at Select Recipient. There's nothing at all displayed under the Quantity and Recipient columns. Using the Create New Address button lets me enter an address but then takes me right back to the Select Recipient screen. Naturally, pressing Continue Checkout does nothing.
So for some reason I can't complete whatever it's wanting me to do at this screen. I've tried in both Chrome and Safari, same results. The only variable involved is that I had previously created a Paizo account to download a free PDF, I've never actually placed an order that required a shipping address.
I'm not encouraged to mess with it much more since I can just order them one at a time from other places for about the same price, but it would be neat to have the automatic subscription.

I just reviewed the order and attempted to streamline any errors that may have been causing what you described. If you try resubmitting the order at this time you should be able to successfully. If you do have any further trouble however please give Customer Service a call at (425)250-0800 between 10AM-5PM PST during a weekday and I'll be glad to submit the order from my side. I'm having the same problem, but instead, I'm having it on Step 3... It seems that I constantly loose my "Payment Method for Subscriptions" status... I have no "next" button to get to Confirm order, and when I click the confirm button step 3 is highlighted in red. I've spent 24 minutes trying you to take my money :-P Tried Firefox, IE and Chrome

Hey Duncan,
It looks like the system was trying to do one too many things at once with your order. I just moved your copy of Ranzak to your sidecart which should free up the rest of your products to be submitted successfully. Incidentally if you wanted everything to be added to your sidecart just let me know and I'll be glad to set them to do so. Thanks!
The shopping cart may still be a bit fighty, if it gives you any trouble just post here.
