I know there has to be rules or a table for this but I have been searching and cannot find it.
Anyone tell me the cost to have a 9th level spell cast or point me to the correct place?
Assuming you're in an area that can cast 9th level spells, it's:
Caster Level*Spell level*10gp + Any Material Component + 1/10 the cost of a focus (if any), which would be 2530gp minimum (assuming a 17th level Wizard).
To expand on Tholomyes' answer (which is absolutely correct):
Spellcasting Caster level × spell level × 10 gp (3)
(3) See spell description for additional costs. If the additional costs put the spell's total cost above 3,000 gp, that spell is not generally available. Use a spell level of 1/2 for 0-level spells to calculate the cost.

Finding someone to cast is the trick.
Yeah. As far as I know, the only place I can think of in Golarion which can do so is Absalom, though, though probably in Nex, too, and maybe other places, but for the most part, they're very rare.
Caster who can cast 9th level spells (character level 17) are exceptionally rare. It's likely they would request you to do something for them in addition to or instead of taking gold. HIgh level spell caster are unlikely to need gold as much as services or other goods.
I also seem to recall something saying that even the biggest of cities are only expected to have someone capable of casting 8th level spells, and that access to 9th level was totally within the purview of the GM to say it does or does not exist.

In addition, not every town or village has a spellcaster of sufficient level to cast any spell. In general, you must travel to a small town (or larger settlement) to be reasonably assured of finding a spellcaster capable of casting 1st-level spells, a large town for 2nd-level spells, a small city for 3rd- or 4th-level spells, a large city for 5th- or 6th-level spells, and a metropolis for 7th- or 8th-level spells. Even a metropolis isn't guaranteed to have a local spellcaster able to cast 9th-level spells.
