Kingmaker

I realize that perusing these threads may expose us to spoilers, so I try to be careful, but titles that include spoilers give us no chance. Up until now, I thought reference to the "Twice Born" in our campaign referred to one of the PCs.

Can we please confine spoilers to the body of the post ahnd include a spoiler warning in the title? Seems reasonable.

I do understand your point, but I still don't get why players would browse this board... The general boards are more than enough to discuss any characters- and rules-related topic.

85% of the threads here at least are DMs discussing storyline issues, rule management and NPCs' brainstorm.

My players received a very strict warning NOT to come here or google anything 'Kingmaker-related' to prevent spoilering.

I'm going to echo Chuckbab. I come to this board A LOT to brainstorm. Things that I post will thus be spoilers for my campaign and spoilers for anybody else who adapts the ideas generated. If I'm brainstorming, the subject line has to be descriptive, and alas, there's going to be at least a little bit of spoilering. "The Thing With the Thing at the Thing after the Thing in RRR" is spoiler-free, but it just isn't very informative.

It's like watching a 'making-of' while expecting to have no hints on the movie...

What those two said. This is primarily a GM brainstorming forum, and avoiding spoilers in titles is redundant and unhelpful.

Players should not be browsing here. I give my players the same respect by hiding the forums for the APs they're running. I see no reason why any other GM should not expect the same.

Yes, I understand these points, but there are plenty of threads where current players comment. There are also plenty of threads that have a spoilers warning in the title. And again, there are plenty of threads that that specify they are meant for GMs. Where does it say that current players should avoid these forums? I'm a few books in, and sometimes I'm curious about others' experiences playing those that I have also completed. There are also threads from current players looking for advice and feedback. I don't see how I'm being unreasonable.

Truth be told, rather simply: players stay out, this is DM territory!
I told all my players that they could browse here after the campaign =)
