I placed my order with Paizo for the above on the 21 November and I have had not noticed of anything being dispatched.
Have others received theirs yet or still waiting? I am in New Zealand and I know things do take awhile to make there way down here.

You may want to look into contacting the Paizo customer service team. You may want to look over their General FAQ's before calling, this way you might not need to call up / send an e-mail.
