Since we don't have an estimate on when a backordered item will be available again, our My Subscription page tool will calculate out your projected cost & shipping including the item—however, if an item is not yet available at the time that we submit your subscription order (at the time you receive your authorization email) then it will remain in your sidecart rather than be generated into your order.

Its an item that we order from our distributor. It was showing available when you first placed your order because that's what their system was telling us. At some point after you placed your order with us they went out of stock and listed it as back order. Your order was cancelled and at some point between the cancellation date and when you saw it available again, the distributor listed it as available again. Its a popular item so shortly thereafter it looks like another company(ies) ordered it before we did so it went on backorder again which is where it sits now.
I've removed the one you ordered on 12/3 and reinstated the one in your sidecart so you don't loose your original place in line. If you'd prefer to cancel this item completely, just let me know. I do not have an ETA if or when we might be able to get more unfortunately.

Your order is currently in the shipping queue for processing by our warehouse. When it ships you should receive a confirmation email. Your package is set to ship via UPS Ground with an estimated 3-5 business days in transit. The estimated transit time for your package places your package as should be arriving before the holiday, however this is not something we can guarantee.
