There are 73 individual results though some are outright cop outs if anyone wants to add to this I'd love to hear your ideas. Give this a bump or favorite it if you want to see more custom rules like this I have tons of material and I've been working like a nut.

IF you are using this please give me any feedback you have I've only gotten to playtest 4 months so far and I like it thus far but I'd love to tweak this into perfection.

Also any suggestions for events to add or subtract are welcome

We're planning to use this, but out of the gate the ones that change alignment or inflict continuous and scaling penalties don't sit well to me(though may be misreading the full impact). While it is my group's general agreement that there are too many that function as "make a easily achieveable or bad things happen" and adding a bit more direct spice to the events would be good, I find alignment to be an area I prefer solely built around what the players do as opposed to a random chance event. Those are the only two that I feel your list could do without.

Depends on kingdom size. My crew hit the 5 city buildings gate and they use both assassin and my optional jester meaning they can drop 18 ish UR without issue it's jus an inconvenience to their building plans...

There's also some expanded events here:

Nice link might steal a little, though wow is there ever some overlap!

One thing I do is use a spreadsheet to generate the events. That means whenever an event comes up that I don't want to see again too soon I can just tweak its weight down, as they don't need to add up to 100.

You can also generate keywords or other data to customize the events. For example, I have a list of deities from which the spreadsheet picks one to go with the event - if it fits and seems interesting that deity has a hand in the event (e.g. one of the NPCs is a worshiper).

Even if you don't play with a computer, you can use a spreadsheet to pregenerate a list of events that you use in order.

(I won't post my list since I don't play in Golarion and most of the additions are specific to the setting or depend on previous events.)
