I am considering a samsaran witch with mystic past life. The build would primarily be for debuff with maybe some domination and/or battlefield control spells and hexes. Probably no archtype (but I’m considering the Beast Bonded archtype). Thinking probably the insanity patron since it has some great debuff spells, but not sure.

I will be taking all of the Hero Point feats as quickly as possible.
Improved Familiar at some point depending upon which one I decide on.
Maybe 1 or 2 meta magics (but not sure which ones).
Most of the rest are likely to be additional hex.
If I did this, starting intelligence would be 20 so a total of 6 arcane spells added to the witch list.
I am almost certain to take
Heroic Fortune (lv 2)
And/Or
Heroic Fortune, Mass (lv 4)
But I’m not sure what other ones to pick.
What do you suggest for this proto-build?
Walls might be the most glaring lack in a witches spell book.

I had been considering one of the pit spells. But one of the wall spells would also be nice.
I would recommend the Shadow Patron. It gives you access to shadow conjuration and evocation. Even if the enemy succeeds in disbelieving, spiked and create pit are surprisingly useful.
A witch in one of the campaigns I was in had her improved familiar hold a wand of ill omen. A horse mounted rider charged. The familiar cast ill omen on the horse and then the witch opened up a shadow conjuration spiked pit. Nasty and effective.
Ok so I think my spell list so far is:
Touch of Gracelessness (1st)
Create Pit (2nd)
Mad Monkeys (3rd)
Mass Heroic Fortune (4th)
Wall of Stone (5th) and Serenity (6th)
or
Permanency (5th) and Wall of Force (6th)
Does that seem like a good selection?
The Shadow Patron is pretty good. I'm not sure if it is what I want for this PC though. I'm not sure shadow effects are vicious enough for him. He is wanting to actually debuff them not just virtually debuff them.
