My group decided that we're going to play a quick game using monsters with class levels as our PCs. We Can stack templates on monsters up to a CR 7 monster and then add 6 class levels. With the monster I built my Stats are:
Str: 23
Dex: 29
Con: - (undead)
Int: 18
Wis: 22
Cha: 26
Assuming all class are physically possible, What should I do with these stats?

The Monster right now is a Deinonychus with the Fey Animal, Jiang-Shi Vampire, and advanced template. Chaotic Evil, but I would prefer to avoid anti-paladin because Good creatures may not be common.
Chinese fairy vampire velociraptor? (I know, incorrect, but to my 7 year old self it is) Might as well add in gunslinger on top of that for all the craziness. Adding a cowboy outfit on top of that creature would just be glorious.
I would go with one of the two typical archetypes (pistolero or musket master) rather than mysterious stranger. Your charisma is higher, but your wisdom is also extremely respectable. And with up to 6 levels, you will be getting DEX to damage, and you have a lot of that. Maybe use the last available level to take a dip into some caster class for some utility (cleric/oracle for healing your undead self maybe? with any score other than INT you are going to get additional 2 level 1 spells no matter the choice with your stats)

haha, you're a fairy vampire dinosaur? I like it. Well, you've got pounce, and Jiangshi gives you grab and some grapple abilities. I would say the only way to make this more ridiculous is to take a level of sorcerer for Enlarge Person, go Monk (martial artist) for improved grapple & flurry of blows (get Feral Combat Training), then go Dragon Disciple, and just be awesome. Be as awesome as you can be. Because that is going to be a silly as hell campaign.
