Yes, that video has been popping around a while here, especially when talking about fast arrow threads.
basically, he holds ten arrows by the feathers in his fingers, and nocks them to the string to draw the string back on a low pull short bow.
It's not a long bow, and its certainly not a high str longbow. However, it's very impressive on its merits. It might be a useful feat you could take for a shortbow!
Technically, you could probably do the same thing with a hand crossbow, and it's how repeating crossbows work.
