The kinslayer gets slayers brand as a judgement replacement for the destruction judgment at 1st level. The inquisitor can then make a melee touch attack to damage undead for 1d6 +charisma modifier. This judgement unless changed stays in effect during the entirety of the combat. Per the spell touch attach rules, a touch attack is discharged when physical contact is made, and can be made in conjunction with an unarmed strike or natural attack. Does this mean that if the inquisitor is making unarmed or natural attacks, that this damage is then added to each strike?

Yes, but you have to make an attack against normal AC if using unarmed strikes or natural attacks, not touch AC. And if you miss, you miss. You can choose to target touch AC but deal no extra damage, or target regular AC and deal extra damage. You don't get to try and attack with an unarmed strike, miss their full AC, roll above their touch AC and count that it. It's either a hit or miss.

Unclear. Slayer's Brand is not a spell; it's a supernatural ability delivered by a melee touch attack. Spells can be delivered via unarmed strikes. I do not know if other abilities' touch attacks are intended to work that way. (Bonus question: Can you hold the charge if you miss with such abilities? I'm inclined to think "no".)
