If you read my thread over in the Beginner Box subforum, you'll know I got to introduce a young woman to Roleplaying Games and Pathfinder. Her biggest draw was the picture of Seoni on the cover and Amiri in the Classes Chapter. She asked me this morning if there was any fiction featuring these two Iconics specifically or any of the Iconics in general.
I wasn't able to give her an answer, and from looking at the store here, it doesn't seem to be the case... Am I missing something or is there really no fiction featuring the Iconics other than the Comicbooks?
And if not, why not? It seems like it would be a good thing. I know my friend will be disappointed if there isn't...

Short answer because my connection is crappy: No.
Edit for more longeur: And the reasons we've been given include that Paizo prefer the novel-writers to focus on their own characters, and that since the iconics serve as stand-ins for player characters in the various books, it helps if there's not that much concrete information about them.

No novels, but the Pathfinder comics line features the iconics.
The main party is:
Seoni
Valeros
Merisiel
Ezren
Harsk
Kyra
They have also met other iconics during the story and (I presume) they will meet more as the story progresses.
There's only about 10 back issues so far, so getting caught up won't break your wallet too badly. You can grab the first 6 as a trade hardcover here or here.

I think James said that they felt the comics were a better medium for the iconics.
I would enjoy a novel featuring the backstory of each of the Iconics though.

Some of the iconics will star in the upcoming full-cast audio dramas from our partners at Big Finish.
