Mummer's Ruff, Bluff, and Disguise

Rules Questions

Sovereign Court

The description of Mummer's Ruff states:
"The wearer of a mummer's ruff gains a +10 bonus on Bluff skill checks when attempting to imitate another's voice."

My question is concerning the bluff check. I thought attempting to disguise oneself, including one's voice was covered by the disguise skill. Now, am I wrong in this, and disguising one's voice is covered by bluff, while physical appearence is covered by disguise? Would the bluff increase ONLY be to disguise one's voice, or does this bonus take affect as long as I am attempting to imitate someone's voice, and can be used as part of a larger bluff such as a lie?
