No feats from the bestiary are legal, unless grated by a specific class ability or other source.

For example, natural attack rangers are allowed to take improved natural attack, but regular PCs are not.

If, and only if, you receive specific access to them from another legal resource.

Example: Natural Weapons ranger combat style from APG opens up Improved Natural Weapon and Mutiattack. They can be chosen as one of the rangers bonus combat feats. INW starting at the one gained at 2nd level and Multiattack with the 10th level combat feat.
