Summon eidolon spell and mighty summons ability path

I'have seen that mighty summons work on all summon spells.
So i wamnt to ask if using the summon eidolon spell the summoner can add the agility or savage template to his eidolon.

If you use the spell Summon Eidolon then there is no reason it shouldn't work, but note that the spell has a limited duration. There is already precedent that Augment Summoning works on the Summon Eidolon spell.

Also note when summoned this way Protection from alignment spells will work on them unlike normal.
