Whether there's a legal method or not, please don't ever put your tablemates in a position where every fight means engaging in child endangerment situations. That is not okay, and depending on who's at the table (for instance, anyone who's ever had a miscarriage, of which I know several people), you could cause some very severe pain. Just abandon the idea entirely, please.
EDIT: Wait, wasn't this in the PFS section at first? If this is a home game, check it with your group and GM, and go from there.

n the same way an adult character gains adjustments to her ability scores as she reaches middle, old, and venerable age, a young character occupies a new pre-adulthood age category, and therefore has altered physical ability scores, though the vigor of youth does grant some benefit. A young character has a +2 bonus to Dexterity and a —2 penalty to Strength, Constitution, and Wisdom. (A young character's potential inexperience and awkwardness are represented by having only the skill ranks of a 1st-level character rather than taking a penalty to Intelligence or Charisma.)
When a young character reaches adulthood, she loses these ability score adjustments.

i agree with Jiggy,
unless this is for a home game, where you know the other players and have a chance to run it by them ahead of time, you should avoid this as you never know what kind of effect it could have on those you're playing with. plus there are drawbacks you probably havent considered- for example, in some cultures if you're not legally an adult you have no rights whatsoever... so someone could just take you and force you to do whatever they want; or you could be remanded to someone else's custody and that party pally not only couldn't help you but would be forced to prevent the party from helping you or else report them to the local officials for stealing you for your appointed guardian- that's not gonna be a fun scenario for anyone.
that said, if you are in a position to do this... Lormyr is correct PFS doesn't use age modifiers for any age character you choose to play. if its a home game and you want to have modifiers there is a 'young' template that you could use... its technically a -1 CR adjustment (so a generous GM might give you a bonus level for taking it... but if/when you outgrow it you'd probably have a level where you drop the template but gain nothing else while everyone else catches up that level) but it otherwise could do what you're looking for.
edit: wow, i was completely unaware of the young characters rules from ultimate campaign... you really do learn something new everyday on these boards, lol.
