Prestige Points for other Organizations

I'm trying to establish a Prestige Points system for religious organization, specifically the church of Sarenrae. I let the cleric of my gaming group begin building a church dedicated to Sarenrae, and it inspired me to associate some of the benefits from other organizations into the religious structure of Pathfinder.

For instance, we now play with a "favor" system similar to KotOR's Light vs. Dark side indicator where my cleric gets rewarded for roleplaying his character in accordance with Sarenrae's philosophy. It works on a -100 to 100 point system with me arbitrarily assigning a reward based on his actions in-game. 0to25 does nothing, 25to50 gives +1 bonus to all rolls, 50to75 gains once-per-day ability to call on Sarenrae for aid (essentially the same as a Hero Point, but with slightly more power), 75to100 (nearly unattainable) grants +5 to all rolls. On the opposite side of the spectrum, 0to-25 does nothing, -25to-50 earns a -1 to all rolls, -50to-75 earns 25% automatic critical-fail on all rolls, -75to-99 earns -5 to all rolls and 75% automatic critical-fail on all rolls, and -100 results in a permanent excommunication from Sarenrae (this is only obtainable for knowingly and willingly aiding Rovagug in a plot against Sarenrae.

I would like to make a Prestige Point system for the Church of Sarenrae as well, but I am not aware of any current PP system outside of the Pathfinder Society. I know it has been hinted that other organizations may have similar systems, but I have not seen anything published by Paizo. So, I thought I'd ask the community. Have any of you established a PP system for organizations outside Pathfinder Society? Alternatively, do any of you have ideas on how to separate this system from the Pathfinder Society chart? The cleric is also a Pathfinder and earns PP for the Pathfinder Society in parallel, so I would like this system to be different enough that it feels like this is a religious-oriented system as opposed to the adventure-oriented system of the Pathfinder Society.

First of all, I hope you know that such a system is just a house rule and cannot be used in PFS Organized Play.

Second, take a look at "Inner Sea Magic". The arcane schools presented in there use a system of prestige and fame similar to the system used in PFS (but prestige is gained a bit differently).
Also, I believe the "Skull and Shackles" Adventure Path uses a similar system. But I never played that AP, so I can't say anything for sure.

If you want to use a Prestige system in your home campaign, take a look at the existing ones, then decide how prestige is gained in your campaign and what it can be used for.
"Inner Sea Magic" and "Pathfinder Society Field Guide" have good examples on how to use Prestige and Fame.
