Thea's link is good, but Archives of Nethys is really good too. It has the benefits of showing you which options are PFS legal and doesn't have the clutter and advertising of D20. I still prefer the first link though because of how it compares archetypes and its far better search function.

PRD: Official Paizo source. Always the best option to use, though it doesn't show any of the non-RPG books.
Archives of Nethys/d20pfsrd: 3rd-party database sites. AoN only tracks 1st-party Paizo products, but uses the CUP and can show Golarion-specific names (also shows PFS Legal options). d20pfsrd does not use the CUP, but has more 3rd party product options.
