I've moved all the extras back to the sidecart. Be advised that the November subscription won't be shipping until December, so if any of these items are holiday gifts or otherwise needed before then, I recommend you "ship as soon as possible" whenever you are ready for this to ship. You can do that via your My Account page (scroll down on the right to the sidecart box) or by contacting customer service.
