Normally, Outflank and Paired Opportunists won't trigger off each other, but with the Undine Loyalty trait, they could. This got me thinking of how to abuse the "adjacent" limitations normally imposed on the feats. All of the below assumes that both characters have the trait and feats shared.
Rogue----monster-----cavalier (flanking, 10' away)
I think it goes like this: rogue gets a crit. Outflank triggers, cavalier gets an AOO. The AOO triggers paired opportunists. Because of Undine loyalty, this provokes an AOO from the rogue, so the rogue effectively gets the crit, then another free swing. Is this correct?
Now we get to the silly part. The following should not work, but I think it does.
Outflank says that when you get a crit, your ally gets an AOO.
Seize the moment says that when your ally gets a crit, you get an AOO.
With the Undine Loyalty allowing the positions to work, does this mean that rogue gettin a crit will result in cavalier getting 2 AOO's? One from rogue saying "I crit, my ally gets an AOO" and one from cavalier saying "my ally crit, I get an AOO".
And if we throw paired opportunists back into the last question, then what?

You know how to make an enemy pay for lax defenses.
Benefit: Whenever you are adjacent to an ally who also has this feat, you receive a +4 circumstance bonus on attacks of opportunity against creatures that you both threaten. Enemies that provoke attacks of opportunity from your ally also provoke attacks of opportunity from you so long as you threaten them (even if the situation or an ability would normally deny you the attack of opportunity). This does not allow you to take more than one attack of opportunity against a creature for a given action.
Outflank (Combat, Teamwork)
You look for every edge when flanking an enemy.
Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +4.
Benefit: Whenever you and an ally who also has this feat are flanking the same creature, your flanking bonus on attack rolls increases to +4. In addition, whenever you score a critical hit against the flanked creature, it provokes an attack of opportunity from your ally.
Undine Loyalty (Undine)
You learned early on that teamwork can help keep you safe from troublemakers.
Benefit(s): Choose one teamwork feat that requires an ally with the same feat to be adjacent to you. You may benefit from that teamwork feat as long as you have an ally within 10 feet of you (though your ally does not benefit from the teamwork feat unless it also has this trait or a similar ability).
Seize the Moment (Combat, Teamwork)
You and your allies are poised to pounce whenever one of you scores a telling blow.
Prerequisite: Combat Reflexes, Improved Critical.
Benefit: When an ally who also has this feat confirms a critical hit against an opponent that you also threaten, you can make an attack of opportunity against that opponent.
Seems like yes, but mostly just wanted to link the abilities so that people better than me at this stuff can comment without a bunch of research.

Yes, that is a line on paired opportunist. It goes with the rules for attacks of opportunity and combat reflexes: "this feat does not allow you to make more than one attack for a given opportunity, but if the same opponent provokes two attacks of opportunity from you, you could make two separate attacks of opportunity (since each one represents a different opportunity)"
But in this case, it has provoked two AOOs.

Hi all!
I'm still confused about Undine Loyalty.
Benefit(s): Choose one teamwork feat that requires an ally with the same feat to be adjacent to you. You may benefit from that teamwork feat as long as you have an ally within 10 feet of you (though your ally does not benefit from the teamwork feat unless it also has this trait or a similar ability).
1) So take a teamwork feat that requires an ally with the same teamwork feat to be adjacent. Does the next line mean that when you have an ally within 10' -- regardless of whether or not it has the teamwork feat -- that you can take advantage of that teamwork feat?
2) If your ally has Swap Places, as do you (with Undine Loyalty), how does it work? Do you both swap places?
Benefit: Whenever you are adjacent to an ally who also has this feat, you can move into your ally’s square as part of normal movement. At the same time, your ally moves into your previous space as an immediate action. Both you and your ally must be willing and able to move to take advantage of this feat. Your ally must be the same size as you to utilize this feat. Your ally does not provoke an attack of opportunity from this movement, but you provoke as normal. This movement does not count against your ally’s movement on his next turn.
because the text says they need the trait or similar ability to reciprocate.
