PFS Leadership is breaking character creation rules!

Just for fun I looked up the User Profiles for Mike Brock and John Compton. Mike has chosen to keep his stats confidential. (I figure it's so we don't realize he's using a massive bluff skill to merely appear wise, intelligent, and strong.)

Meanwhile, John has clearly been violating the rules:

That's an 11 point buy folks! Assuming we're in a low fantasy world, he's got an extra point from somewhere. Either he got a "developer only" boon or we need to stage a revolt.

Well, to be a good VC, I fixed my stats so I'm a vaild PFS character, well, aside from the NPC class levels. Suppose I could make them Bard levels :P

My build is not legal either. But that is because I have some Mythic Tiers I haven't told anyone about.

I also have a headband of Mental Prowess (+2 Wis/Cha) and Belt of CON (+4)
