The Varisian Tattoo Magic stuff requires that you actually touch the tattoo the activate it. Transparent fabric over the tattoos would interfere with the functionality. As would pants.
Technically, that makes nakedness + disguise self the most expedient option for getting the maximum benefit from tattoo magic.

You need to be able to see the tattoo as well.

Seelah in a tuxedo slow dancing with Seltyiel in a classy dress.
A mix of antagonism and desire in their eyes as they meet each other's gaze.
You're welcome.
He's already wearing what amounts to a scandalously cut evening gown. Also - Is there a rule somewhere that all paladins must have an ambiguously evil boyfriend? Is it part of their code or something?
This thread is disgusting
On that note: Could we get a "This is what I actually wear when I am actually slogging through a muddy swamp covered in Black Dragon blood and gelatinous cube slime and Lamashtu knows what else" picture for each of the Ms. Fanservice iconics? Because I get that they'd look all fancy and shiny when they're posing for portraits but what do they actually wear when they're... you know... having adventures? The Witch, the Oracle, and the Sorceress aren't really wearing the sort of clothes you'd expect for someone who regularly has to deal with angry orcs or undead monsters.

It's what they're shown as wearing in the action shots in APs and modules.

So she might actually do something like this, but I doubt that she would waste magic on such a thing. Likewise, at low levels a magic dress that did this would be prohibitively expensive.
But okay. If it's expensive, then how about she just casts an Extended Disguise Self? It should save on monetary costs.
At what level do you consider 1800gp not "prohibitively expensive" for essentially a fashion accessory?
Or 900 after 6th level, which is already heading out of "low levels"

Will point she is wearing a fully bodiced, modestly chested, wedding dress in the picture on p.179 of Ultimate Campaign.
On an anatomical note I will also point out that almost all the pictures I have seen tend to show her with a supported forward presented chest that doesn't appear to be moving even in the 'mid-action' shots.
Conclusion? Either she has had 'work' done or she has some amazing magical support in place.

On the familiar (the only thing I really have any expertise on in this silly, humorous thread), Seoni is a Varisian Tattooed archetype, if I recall correctly, meaning her familiar is actually usually a tattoo (and how convenient!), thus avoiding the need to illustrate it.
To a certain extent, I had that archetype invented pretty much as a reason to back-story explain why Seoni's skink familiar is only so rarely illustrated... but now and then we do get Dragon illustrated, which makes me happy since I named the critter after one of my childhood pets!
(of course... when we first statted her up, we were using the 3.5 rules, and in those rules ALL sorcerers had familiars; when we switched to Pathfinder, we decided to keep it anyway.)

1800, take off 30% for a class limitation, then 30% off that for an alignment limitation. You're down to 441 gold if you make it personally.
And it has plenty of uses besides a fashion accessory. It's just that "fashion accessory" is the most pertinent to the thread subject right now.

Ambrosia Slaad wrote:Eagerly awaiting the sarcastromancer archetype for the next issue of WayfinderI'm not sure why, but 'castromancer' sounds really really unpleasant.
It's a required 1-level dip for Culture Warriors specializing in castigating the Patriarchy and Androcentric Cis-gendered Oppressors. It helps with fighting back any and all typical fanservice for the male gaze.
I wonder if sarcasm mages can have snark familiars...
