Beast Rider half-Orc feat questions

First - is it PFS legal? The additional resources says that all the half-Orc feats (except one that isn't this one) from the advanced race guide are legal. But it also says that all the Orc content is not legal.

Second - are all of the beasts it offers PFS legal if you take this feat? Or are elephants still banned?

Third - would this feat stack with boon companion? (So could a Druid 1 / anything 6 take this feat and the boon companion feat and have a +6 to her effective Druid level for her companion? (Assuming as per the beast rider feat requirements her total character level was 7 or higher)

Fourth - advice not a rules question what 2 or possibly 6 level dips would be really fun to play anticipating taking this feat? It seems really fantastic for a half-Orc paladin but could also be fun for many other builds that get mounts or animal companions (cavaliers, sylvan sorcerers etc)

1) Yes, it is in the Half-Orc section.
2) An animal companion elephant/mastodon is Medium until 7th level, when it becomes large. I think you only can't buy an Elephant, because it is then a Huge creature, which is not allowed for purchase in PFS.
3) Why not? As far as I know, the only stipulation here is that you can't have an effective Druid level higher than your total character level.
4) I think Cavaliers are B/A, but that may just be me.

okay pardon the silly question but what does B/A stand for?

Barbarian for Ferocious mount/beast rage power. At 8th level you take the greater version and you have an animal companion that gets your rage powers too. You can also just go straight barbarian and take the mounted fury line with your rage powers(or extra rage power) and then at level 10 you have a pair of angry pounce chargers with claws and possibly superstitious/witch hunter for amazing saves and even more bonus damage.

Dark Archive

oracle of nature
huntmaster cavalier (swap dog for rhino, give it charger archetype. it now gets your challenge and a half)

A question regarding this, I read on..
. D20PFS
Half orc can swap Orc Ferocity for Beast Rider? Can I do this at level 1 or indeed at all as did not see it in advanced race book.

I am new and currently doing my Half Orc Monk so any advice on this be great!

No. Beast Rider is a half-orc feat available at L7. Beast master is the half-orc alternate racial that replaces orc ferocity. Similar nmaes, but very different abilities.

Despite having a name similar to the system, d20pfsrd is not actually a part of PFS. It's a third party site that changes several of the names of feats, traits and classes because it doesn't have the rights to reprint them.

I would instead suggest using archivesofnethys. Although it is also third party, it's much more PFS user friendly (and doesn't change the names of content).
