Under the free downloads section, there is a missing link for the pre-gen characters.
I believe one heading is for characters by class and the other is for characters by level.
With the new pregens, it looks like we've only offered them in one download package, but there is some weirdness on that page. I'll look into getting that fixed up sometime this week.
