Warehouse minions - work harder, move faster!

Okay, seriously.
Please pass on my understanding to the warehouse crew that has been working hard to get all the subscriptions out as quickly as possible.
I haven't received my "ship" email yet (and no, this is not a ploy to get my order fulfilled faster). There has been a little whining (some of which has been perpetrated by me) and wanted to make sure that along with the whining, there is some praise and respect for the warehouse folks as well.

+2. I have always been impressed with the customer service of Paizo, and really pass on my appreciation of everything you do for us. The warehouse crew do a great job and it is reflected in the order I get every month. Kudos!
I understand that they are busy but it would be nice if they would make the PDFs available sooner rather then later. I understand they probably can't do this but one can dream!

At times like this, the idea to throw some money into a pot and order coffee and snacks for the warehouse crew seems like a nice idea.
Of course that since we still love the people, the cupcakes should come with inspirational quotes like "sleep is overrated". (Kinda reminds me of the Mass Effect 3 ending cupcakes, but even they were donated)
