I am part of an improve group that also plays pathfinder on the side. One of the things we like to do is write character name from established fiction (Luke skywaker, Eragon, Paddington Bear, Madeline) and place them in a hat. We draw a name and make a build that would fit that character. It is hilarious for the campaigns we do. We have just started a new game and I have drawn Draggle from g1 My little pony, and I don’t know how I should build her “in character”. Any suggestions?

Run away while you still have the chance?
If I had any idea what this character is like, I could offer suggestions. I don't remember this movie from my childhood, and internet resources are vague, only that she was daughter of the bad guy and she wears a stupid hairstyle with a bow.
Read "Time Lords and Terror" and do the Draggle from that?
I've just googled it, and apperantly Draggle is pretty inept at spellcasting. So a sorcerer with a CHA of 10?
Or you could do a synthesist summoner, and wear a quadropod eidolon. Or play a cavalier, and have Draggle as your mount.
Why g1?
Somebody must be an ass for throwing that in.

Agreed. Having looked her up I can only assume your group has finally exhausted even the Sid & Marty Kroft stable of characters to get down to G1 My Little Pony villains.
That said, the film is a "musical", so bard wouldn't be out of line, though she hardly comes across as a charismatic villain so witch might be better. Just skin her familiar as a annoying tiny pony.
Or use the Draggle from the Doctor Who/MLP fanfiction I mentioned.

Adding this obscure, and lame, character, sounds about as "fun and hilarious" as cold stew.
In fact, I am now referring to this PC as Cold Stew.

Good Ideas, thanks
I see a witch with the misfortune hex, who uses it on herself and her allies. Cackle too, to keep the bad times rolling. Maybe some alchemy ranks and alchemical weapons.

The names are more guideline than solid fact in these one shot games. The last game someone drew Paddington bear and made him a bugbear bard. Thank you for your input.

Thanks for all your input. I have made a Witch with two levels of monk, Ancestor Patron, and a pig familiar named Reeka. I am now Joined by Lara croft the gunslinger, The mad cleric Mola Ram, Madeline the halfling rouge ,Dexter the alchemist, and Eric "the Cavalier" Cavalier. Now were are off to a pathfinder Dungeonland.
I want to play as Princess Celestia.
Well, and the controlling the sun thing.
