I may be completely blind but I was unable to find any info on the number of ships in each of the nations fleets.
If the info is out there, a link would be greatly appreciated!
If the info is up to the GM, I would value your thoughts and reasoning behind them to the following questions:
How many ships in each on the nations fleets? (Andoran/ Cheliax)
How many ships does each nation lose per year due to accident/fighting ect?
How many navy (war) ships does each nation produce each year?

I don't think any solid numbers have ever come out -- I imagine only problems if any ever do get published.
What we do know is that the two cities in Pathfinder that supposedly have the biggest shipyards are from those two nations, so they should have the biggest fleets on the Inner Sea.
I would say that Absalom pays Augustana and Ostenso tons of gold each year to build ships for Absalom, though, making the Absalom fleet quite large as well -- though theirs is probably more for defending Aroden's Isle than sailing out for commerce, etc. (All shipping lanes lead to Absalom, not away from, right?)
