Since they are both enhancement bonuses they do not stack, only the larger bonus will apply.

But... that does free up the Amulet for nice things like agile, elemental damage, and other weapon properties (holy is a -great- one).

Just the +hit/damage won't stack, the other abilities work normally.

This is what I was doing with a character. Permanent Greater Magic Fang and then using the Amulet for weapon properties.

Enhancement bonuses don't stack.

But as noted you could enchant the Amulet with Only weapon special abilities and have permanency Greater Magic Fang to get the most magic out of your fists/natural weapons. Of course, be prepared for someone to eventually cast a dispell and destroy your permanent enhancement.
