The Paizo store only seems to accept credit card and Paizo products are not available at RPGNow.
Credit cards aren't that common here in Europe, and I don't want to get one for a single 10€ purchase.
So is there any way to buy the pdfs without a credit card? I've got 10€ right here that I want to give away just like that, and it would be so easy if the store would accept paypal or one could buy the pdfs at another place.
But I'm not so excited to pay 30+€ for a hardcover at a store or amazon. So any option for me?

The OP stated they didn't want a credit card. A gift debit card is different than a credit card, and are intended as a one-time/single use means of transaction.

Or you can do what I do, I have a debit card attached to my checking account, and it works purchases here just fine.

I do have a debit card (I think, such technical terms always translate poorly), but I don't think German ones work in America.
Does it have a VISA or Mastercard logo in the corner? If so, it should work. You might want to check with your bank about fees for purchases in foreign currencies.
I've used a UK debit card like that without a problem.

Debit Cards like these are not very widespread in Germany, unfortunately.
@Yora: If you want to buy PDFs, use DriveThruRPG.com. They accept Paypal. For print products, you can only use Amazon.de (if you're lucky and they have the product), or ask your local gaming store if they can order it. That is very expensive, though. However, shipping costs from the US can be very high, too, depending on the product you order.

I know, and I use them a lot. But Paizo does not sell their pdfs there.

Out of curiosity, how do people in Europe mainly pay for things online without a credit card or debit bank card? Is Payapal the primary method?

I think they put it on Germany's credit card.

Credit cards are obtainable and increasingly common in Germany, but not nearly as common as in the US, and more expensive then a debit card. Many german online shops work with money transfer or direct debit, sometimes pay-pal or paysafe cards. For those who regularly purchase from international shops a creditcard is still the best option, but if you are on a budget and don't buy more then a few pdf's a year, a credit card is an expensive choice.

30 € a year is expensive?
@Marc Radle: Yeah, it's mostly direct debit (which you can use at Amazon.de) or transferring the money from your bank account to the recipient's, which can be done via online banking (albeit only domestically).

To get it for just one pdf purchase as the OP suggested? Yes, it is. Also note that I wrote 'If you are on a budget[...] a credit card is an expensive choice.
Okay, in that case, it's a waste. But I guess that Yora would buy more than just one PDF with it.
@Shadowborn: I had a quick look. It seems it's not available in Germany.

Regarding credit/debit/whatever-you-call-them-in-the-US cards, you don't want to generalize to Europe as a whole; you need to be country specific.
My bank provides me with a VISA card at no charge and I use it absolutely everywhere: online (in France or internationally) and offline (I think the only place I pay cash is at the baker's if it's less than 5 euros and the honey farmer at the local market; oh, and the barber's).

True enough. I only mentioned Europe in general because I didn't know the OP's country of residence offhand and was unsure if the EU had finance regulations that applied universally.
