What to call a non-gunslinger character with Grit...

Homebrew and House Rules

I'm working on an option for using Grit with characters that dont necessarily use guns... and I need to come up with a "class name" for that type of character and I'm drawing a blank.

Bravado, daring, technical, talented, showman, are just a few off the top of my head. More later.

Bravado sounds like a good enough one for now. If a better one comes along I can always rename it.

What kind of class might this new creation of yours resemble?

Soldier or Grunt might work for a fighter-like class, maybe Desperado for a rogueish type.

Closer to fighter, insofar as they would be a martial class that doesn't lend itself heavily to one type of weapon (as gunslinger does) where Charisma (for grit and intimidation) matters.

Grit is a universal term it doesn't just need to be applied guns so no need to change name 8)
Grit(in this context): firmness of mind or spirit : unyielding courage in the face of hardship or danger

My rogue revision that uses the grit mechanics calls the Int-based grit "cunning" and the Cha-based grit "panache".
