Vic's all done with his meeting and gave me the go-ahead:
I've got two of the surprise products at my desk after having gotten all current Paizo Employees signatures on them. I know what I'm doing with one, what should I do with the other... HMMmmMMmmm >:)
Use it as a prize drawing, but eligible only for all first year PaizoCon attendees who are non-staff (i.e. not a special guest, volunteer, work directly for or have a family member who work for Paizo) and goes to who travel the farthest to attend.
A baseball cap? A Paizo, PaizoCon, Pathfinder and/or goblin themed baseball cap? The price seems right and that's something people sign.

That's a really good guess, but "All current Paizo Staff" would probably overfill a baseball cap.

Or it could be a "Paizo Calendar" ... with a different department shown each month on various fantasy-themed backdrops.
Or it could be a collaborative story that has circulated from employee to employee, each one writing one chapter based off the previous one. Oh the strange places you will go as you read the tale ...
Or it could be an "autograph goblin" ... a stuffed goblin with a texture suitable for sharpies to write clearly upon, a look of crazed despair on its face from all the words that have been collected upon its body.

GM Screen, with new outside cover. It has the APG and UC classes on it. Same inside apparently
