I have seen this spell referenced a couple times today and now I am wondering if this spell has made it's way to any magic items of note?

Strength boosting magic items usually just go with Bull's Strength. What wouldd be gained by requiring a different spell from a fairly obscure sourcebook instead?

Your basic strength belt goes to +6, based on a spell that gives +4. Whatever the reason you can't buy a +8 strength belt, it's not the lack of available spells to make it.
