But seriously they cant...when in about a year or so PF 2 fails and they fire the designers who gave us 4th ed D&D and PF 2nd ed....they are going to need us.

I'm not convinced that Pathfinder II will fail.
What broke 4th Edition (IMHO) was a perfect storm of the following:
*- 4th Edition was launched because of the change in ownership, not because 3rd (or 3.5) edition was running out of steam.
* - Hasbro, not really understanding how the RPG market worked, imposed the kind of punitive licensing agreement on D&D 4th they use for variants of Monopoly, etc.
* - The open gaming license created a situation where (given the two above factors) D&D ended up competing against itself.
So, while Pathfinder II is just as radical of a shifting in design paradigm as 4th was from 3rd, it does not suffer from the other problems I listed above. There may be some resistance, but Pathfinder II is likely to win the day.
What am I missing in may analysis?

The main 4th ed failed was that it was a poor design...and a insane release schedule that highlighted the poor design.
And PF 2nd ed suffers from the same design flaws.
Poor Design?
I don't agree with several of their design decisions, but I am not sure that I follow how the game is poorly designed.

Right math and the illusion options and the empowering of those options are all design flaws.

Before we presume that there is only the illusion of options, let us see what has been expanded upon in the final product. (Hopefully they have also backed off on the excessively tight math.)
Is there anything you are hoping to see in the final version of Pathfinder 2?

She's already a girl. Right now, she's on her specific journey to figure out what kind of woman she wants to be and needs to be. Some of that is locked to social and biological baggage and some of that only seems to be locked to it, or is locked to it but the locks can be unlocked (or picked). She's on her own journey, but it's her story in the universal journey that all girls and young women make to womanhood. And as she has already been learning from others who've gone before, I'm sure she'll also learn solutions and bodges that will help others on their journeys.
No transitioning isn't an automagic fix for all of Life's difficulties, obstacles, and challenges, but I'm pretty sure she already knows that. But I would imagine that she'd be able to focus on and resolve those difficulties, obstacles, and challenges when she don't have bodily dissonance screaming in her ears at 130db all the damn time. Like, I never expected my anti-depression and anti-anxiety medications to magically fix everything for me. But they lowered the noise to a level that I was finally able to mostly ignore them, and so I could go on and productively deal with all of the rest of Life's normal crap.

Do you realize that being a girl will not solve your problems?
Mmm...it took me a while to think on how to answer this....
If I was granted a wish right I would wish to be a woman pretty without hesitation.
I am a woman...due to...mistake of birth I have a long road to be recognize as such...and I will go as far as science and money can take me.
Yes I will gain problems of a woman (+ being trans) but I want that. Parts of the struggles women go through defines in part of what a women is. Struggling and overcoming is part of my path to womanhood.
