I will have to say....no that is not a bad idea. You dont need nonster creation rules in the first monster book...or any monster book.

Also people who really want to create monsters can probably figure it out by looking at the existing monsters..I know I have always been able too...

There are slot of bad ideas that went into 2nd ed. This is not one of them.

So if the redo a GameMastery Guide?

As to the rest, we don't actually know what the 2nd Edition will look like.

Yes those rules would go nicely in a GameMastery Guide along other rules for creating other mechanics in the game like classes, spells, races, etc.

Yes you are correct we don't know how 2nd ed will look...but I got a bad feeling about it...

The add copy for the Pathfinder 2nd Edition Core Rulebook kind of implies that what was in the beta, with come bug fixes, is what will be in the rules.

So, do you think there will be "Edition Wars" again?

Well...we will see...

As for edition war...probably not. Lazio is handling the transition a lot better.

So anymore awesome question for me?

Do have any recommendations for a nice car that I could afford for under 2 k? Because right now I'm concerned I might have broken my car...or it broke on me.

Mmm...I would look at used Toyota or Hondas...

Well interestingly enough it was a Toyota Highlander Hybrid that gave me fits this week...so...But eh.

Have you given up on doing a character write up for Mistress Vreva Jhafae?

Those are usually long lasting cars so even used they are a good buy...of course exceptions always exist...

It ain't rocket fast (it's peppy though) or sporty looking, but used Toyota Matrix-es, and the rebadged Pontiac Vibe-s, seem to be consistently reliable cars. If you don't need AWD/4WD, I wouldn't bother with the extra expense and maintenance it needs (unless that's the only Vibe/Matrix you can find for sale). My former co-worker has run and she runs the wheels off it with no reported problems at all, and she can fit her, her hubbie, two small dogs and a plow-pulling giant Labradoodle in it all at once.

Ambrosia, I live in a state where the roads have more pot holes than actual road stuff. So AWD/4WD is KIND of a necessity.

So anymore questions for me?

I will even take 'meh' questions...

Would using the Starfinder chasis have been a better way to go with PF2?

Why don't you ask me any questions.

Are you afraid of what the answer may be (I can't blame you, it's the main reason I don't talk to myself).

Probably....but I keep reminding myself that 2nd ed might not be bad...

The ad copy implies that the final product will be pretty similar to the Beta.

Are you sure you want to risk disappointment?

I owe Paizo alot...so I can at least give the final product of PathFinder 2ed a fair shot

The Pontiac Vibe/Toyota Matrix did come in an AWD version. I still like Subarus, but even used they tend to go for $3500 and up.

I drive a Suzuki SX4 hatchback (1st gen). Mine is front-wheel drive, but they did make it in AWD versions too. If you're paying cash, you might find one in the $2K range. It's a subcompact, so you may not have enough room for hauling multiple dogs depending on their size. It gets not bad gas mileage and it's a bit slow, but mine's been bulletproof reliable so far. Suzuki pulled out of the US market back in 2012, so getting parts will probably become an issue in the future.

Honda offered CRVs and Elements in AWD too, but I'm not sure you're going to luck out finding a used one in your price range.

Honda Fits have lots of room....

But when questions for me? :(

So anymore questions for me? Anyone?

If money wasn't an issue, what one car/truck/motorcycle/vehicular conveyance would you buy and why? What kind(s) of vehicle(s) appeals to Ms. Spires?
